Obama: Israel has not made decision on Iran attack, but it is rightly concerned

US President Barack Obama

U.S. President Barack Obama said on Sunday that he believes Israel has not yet made the decision whether or not to attack Iran. Obama stated that he prefers a diplomatic solution to the Iranian nuclear issue and that he would not like to see more fighting in the region, that is rich of oil. He said that “any kind of additional military activity inside the Gulf is disruptive and has a big effect on us.” Nonetheless, he also said that the US would do everything they can to prevent Iran from creating a nuclear weapon and hereby starting a possible arms race in the region.
